New Colors!

I've made it so you can color the title of topics! Right at the right of the title bar, where it says 'None (use implicit)' just click on the arrow thing and pick a color!

I like saw it, and decided to click the little button.. So I go *clickity click click* and then... BOOM! I have this little bar thingy that has different COLORS on it!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
